Warm yourself with a cup of spicy coffee. I am a big fan of coffee and experiments. Sometimes I like to diversify my morning coffee by adding some spices. I noticed that it usually happens in wintertime, before Christmas. I would like to share with you one of my experiment. As you gas it is all about coffee. It could possibly help you to make a good Christmas present for someone who loves coffee.
Here is a list of all materials you will need:
250 g Grounded Coffee
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Bean
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
3 Star Anise
1 tablespoon Dried Orange Peel
Dried Orange Slice
Dried Orange Peel
Let us start with the preparation of the Coffee Mix.
Step 1. Place grounded coffee, vanilla bean, cinnamon powder in a mixing bowl. If you think that the proposed amount of spices too much or too little, you always can do as you like more. Mix well.
During a mixing process, you can already start to enjoy the incredible flavor of coffee and spices combination.
Step 2. Then add 1 tablespoon dried orange peel. Mix well.
Step 3. Fill the jar with the prepared coffee mix.
Step 4. Now, when the coffee mix is ready and in the jar, you can start decorating. Perhaps it is my favorite part. To decorate a lid, fix 2 cinnamon sticks and 3 stars anise using a few drops of a glue. Let a glue dry well.
Step 5. Measure your jar around, and cut the scrapbook paper to fit. Carefully glue the paper on the jar. Let it dry.
Step 6. Add your “Christmas Coffee Mix” label to the jar. I decided to use paper tag and dried orange slice to make it more interesting.
Step 7. To complete the decorating process, put on the top of the coffee mixture rest of dried orange peel and star anise. In turn, anise will not only as a decoration, but also add incredible flavor to our mix.
In addition, if you make this “Christmas Coffee Mix” as a gift for someone special, someone who loves coffee, you can write on the paper tag warm words for this person.
When the work done, treat yourself with a cup of this wonderful drink.
